Overview
Build In Click is a comprehensive platform designed to integrate and manage essential information for real estate agents and property purchasers. The system consolidates access to various resources, including documents, payments, architectural plans, vendor requests, and mortgage and insurance applications. The platform enhances the communication between purchasers, sellers, and property management.

This was my first UX/UI project, and I was thrilled to embark on this design journey, collaborating closely with the company’s founder, product and software teams.

The Challenge
The platform needed solutions for a range of real estate processes, including:

Finding properties to buy
Reviewing and managing documents
Communicating with suppliers and vendors
Handling construction requests
Managing payments

Wireframing and User Flows
I wireframed key user flows to map out the platform’s structure and interactions. These wireframes were the foundation for designing intuitive and efficient user journeys, which were then presented to potential investors and stakeholders for feedback.

I designed solutions for several core challenges:

Property Discovery and Listing: Designed an interface for effectively searching and posting properties, ensuring agents and buyers could easily navigate and access relevant information.
Document Management: Designed a tool for uploading and managing documents, simplifying the process of accessing and providing paperwork.
Communication Tool: Designed a feature where buyers could request construction and vendor-specific add-ons to the property.
Requesting a Mortgage/Financing: Designed a streamlined workflow for requesting a mortgage/financing to kick off and speed up the property purchase process.
